Terms and conditions

For the purposes of all sales transacted on this site, the seller is: Tex Educational Pty Ltd, ACN 109 048 786 Phone 0425-219-002. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is accepted by credit card online or by cheque. Payment of the full amount is required prior to acceptance of an order by Tex Educational. Once full payment has been accepted for products Tex Educational will make delivery within 10 working days to metropolitan areas either by post or by courier.

Slightly longer times may be necessary for non-metropolitan areas. If any delays are expected you will be contacted either by email or phone.

All details, including credit card information, submitted on www.3dboards.com.au pass through our secure server, which offers 128-bit encryption. “3D Board” is a registered trade mark and the designs of the tracking rule, ellipse template, 3D board and Archi-board are registered designs.

Refunds policy

If you find one of our products to be faulty or damaged in shipping then we will be happy to replace the item or refund your money. Contact us by email at admin@3dboards.com.au and return any faulty or damaged item within 30 days of purchase. All 3D boards are made from the toughest materials and are designed not to break or become damaged through normal use. If however your board, tracking rule, or template is damaged through normal use we will be happy to replace the item or refund your money for a period of one year after the date of purchase. Contact us by email at admin@3dboards.com.au within one year of the purchase date and return any damaged item. Please make sure that you include the original packing slip with the product and that it is securely wrapped. Refunds will be provided in cheque form and may take up to 30 days. Refunds are not available where incorrect quantities are ordered, or in the case of mis-treatment of the product.
